wraps

Let's see... there's four (4) different kinds of brown-rice based wraps that I produce. In no particular order, they are:

1) the Saigon Lotus- A asian-style veggie wrap. There's nori, pickled ginger, cilantro, and other earthly delights in this one.

2) the Aegean- This is the mediterranean-style wrap. It has a feta and kalamata olive salsa in it that is very good. Also fresh spinach, hummus, sun-dried tomatoes, and more..

3) the Brahman- the indian-style wrap. Curried hummus, roasted corn, sauteed onions, fresh spinach, julienned carrots, etc. Etcetera has never tasted so good!

4) El Sol Rojo- "El" means "the" in spanish. This is the mexican-style wrap. It has guacamole, hummus, black beans, carrots, and other delicacies nestled in it's flour-based bosom.

sandwiches

1) Basil Chicken Salad - This sandwich comes on rosemary foccacia bread and features our world-famous (not really) basil chicken salad, and a hearty helping of green leaf lettuce.

2) Curry Chicken Salad - This one comes on a sliced wheat bread and features curry spices, raisins, and just a hint of honey, with green leaf lettuce.

3) Turkey, Provolone, and Basil Pesto Aioli - On sliced wheat bread featuring our delicious basil pesto aoili spread, turkey, a slice of provolone cheese, and green leaf lettuce.

4) Turkey and Cranberry Compote - A little piece of Thanksgiving on foccacia. The cranberry compote is slightly sweet with holiday spice overtones (that's right- overtones) and turkey, with green leaf lettuce.

5) Ham and Swiss- with green leaf lettuce, mayo, and creole mustard on pumpernickel rye bread

6) Salami and Smoked Gouda- with roasted red peppers, mayo, and yellow mustard on french baguette
