We recently finished building our very own commercial kitchen space, here in east Austin! It’s about 7 minutes from 6th and I-35. It’s a 2,000 square foot facility, with loads of tables and a spacious 12 x 16 ft. walk-in cooler. Our kitchen features the following appliances:

- 6-burner gas range with oven
- 40 gallon gas tilting skillet
- 3 ft. charbroiler with oven
- Robot-coupe
- Hobart slicers and mixers
- 3-door freezer (limited availability)
- laundry facilities for rags and aprons
- USDA-compliant floorplan for meat wholesaling/production
- giant 12×16 ft walk-in cooler
- over 150 sq ft. of stainless steel table prep space
- wifi
We still have some availability for tenants seeking to rent a commercial kitchen space. Typically, we arrange a monthly rent based on expected usage, although we are flexible with different tenants’ needs and how that affects the rent structure.

As tenants come and go, they bring different appliances with them, which they often share with everyone else. There are currently many more appliances being used in our kitchen than the ones listed here- so if you don’t see what you need, don’t despair- shoot us an email and ask!
